Premium Swivel Hook

This Premium Fork Mounted Swivel Hook attachment from Haugen is designed for forklifts or Telehandlers to lift those heavy and awkward loads. They are available in either a 10,000 or 14,000-pound lifting capacity. It comes with a standard pocket size 3 1/2" x 7 1/2" and a frame of 42" wide.

The hook is held on 24? on center with feet to keep the hook off the ground. The forks slip into the pockets very easily with safety pins that hold and lock the forks in place. The weight is 215 pounds for the 10,000lbs capacity and 225 pounds for the 14,000lb capacity. Haugen builds every premium swivel hook in the USA with quality steel. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
