This Fork Mounted Swivel Hook attachment from Haugen is made for Telehandlers and Forklifts. The forks slip right into the pockets that are 3 1/2? by 7 1/2? with safety pins that hold the swivel hook attachment securely to the forks. All of the different Swivel Hook attachments meet and exceed OSHA requirements to keep you violation free.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
